Responsibilities

Perform customer issue troubleshooting

Support customer representative by providing data-driven reproduction steps

Support customer representatives with data analysis

Review and query customer configurations in the database

Support incident response with impact analysis, queries, and excel reports

Provide forensic analysis of issues and their effect on customer data

Collaborate with various teams to prioritize tickets, analyze root cause, and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.

Participate in on-call rotation, incident response and support

Participate in a highly compliant environment while assisting to maintain company controls and security within your job role.

Other duties as assigned.
