Responsibilities

Gather, cleanse, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and provide insights.

Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Partner with business units to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

Work closely with IT, engineering, and other teams to optimize data collection and reporting processes.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Excel for advanced data handling and analysis.

BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for visualization.

Experience working with databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.

Experience with statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
