Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for further enhancements.
Provide support in the development and delivery of training programs for end-users.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive innovation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including experience with SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and other business intelligence software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred
Project management experience is a plus.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are highly desirable.
