Responsibilities
Extract, clean, and process raw data to prepare it for analysis.
Design and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Analyze and interpret complex datasets using various analytical techniques.
Create visualizations to communicate findings and insights effectively.
Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data utilization.
Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast future trends.
Assist in developing business strategies based on analyzed data.
Support database management and reporting tools for various departments.
Provide training and support to team members regarding analytical tools.
Document processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency.
Engage in continual skills development to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform quantitative analysis.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data manipulation tools.
Knowledge of database frameworks and ETL processes.
Preferred
Experience with machine learning concepts is a plus.
Relevant certifications in data analysis or statistics are a plus.
