Responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends for Credit Union decisions.

Collaborate with various departments to provide insights for marketing, operations, and member experience.

Develop and maintain data models for analysis and reporting.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through validation and verification.

Utilize marketing software to understand member behavior and make recommendations.

Build and develop a data analytics department, including resource planning and execution.

Manage projects, define project plans, and prioritize initiatives.

Identify process improvements and automation opportunities for data analysis efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Stay informed about industry developments to provide competitive insights.
