Responsibilities
Continuously monitor data flows and system integrations to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve anomalies or discrepancies in real time.
Ensure systems and applications within the organization and with external partners are effectively communicating, sharing data, and integrating as designed.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to integrations and operations, delivering insights and reports to stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with the integration engineering and operations teams to resolve any data integration issues, ensuring seamless communication and minimal downtime.
Identify inefficiencies in existing data flows and propose optimizations to enhance integration performance and data quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, product development, and external partners to ensure successful data exchanges and integrations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration workflows, data mappings, issue resolutions, and process improvements.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.

Required
2-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on systems integration or interoperability.
Strong knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and data pipeline optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data querying and scripting languages.
Experience with EDI, X12, or HL7 standards for interoperability.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration in cloud environments.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time data analysis (e.g., Datadog).
Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms (e.g., EDI, Mirth.)
