Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of complex product and user data and transform it into proactive insights and recommendations for the business.

Identify trends and patterns that help our business make better decisions around performance, product enhancements, new markets and new products.Part scientist, part strategist, you will be driving innovation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic and analytical projects, often acting as an independent strategic advisor to key business decisions.

Oversee the framework, organization and presentation of data, analysis and insights to the business, including constructing tables and dashboards, to effectively track and measure performance across the business.

Assume ownership of preparing, monitoring, and reporting on company goals, metrics and milestones.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Data Analysis, or other relevant area of study

1-3 years working within a tech company in data analytics and business insights

Experience with Data Analytics tools and visualizing data-driven insights for diverse audiences including senior leadership teams

Experience working in a fast paced environment and ability to effectively prioritize projects

Experience creating relationships across a rapidly growing and evolving organization

Excellent communication skills
