Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze campaign performance data from multiple platforms.
Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Create client-facing dashboards and PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate data insights and recommendations.
Present campaign reporting and performance insights to clients, ensuring data is conveyed clearly and with strategic context.
Collaborate with internal teams to align reporting outputs with client goals and campaign objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain real-time reporting dashboards using tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.
Tailor visualizations to meet the unique needs of stakeholders, focusing on clarity and actionable insights.
Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and ad platforms) into comprehensive dashboards.
Set up and manage Google Analytics properties, including event tracking, goals, and custom dimensions.
Leverage Google Tag Manager for streamlined tracking and data accuracy.
Stay informed on the latest updates and trends in analytics tools and platforms.
Provide actionable insights that optimize client campaigns and improve performance metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and data-driven strategy.
Educate team members on using dashboards and interpreting analytics data.
Act as the go-to resource for best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Required
4–6 years of experience in data analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, including setting up accounts, views, and tracking configurations.
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and management.
Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPS).
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including data integration and reporting.
Strong SQL skills for querying databases and integrating data sources.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to clients.
Strong analytical mindset to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and client services.
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics tools.
Preferred
Experience in data analytics, ideally within a marketing or media agency environment.
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript) is a plus.
