Responsibilities
Analyze data related to local, state, and national workforce development trends.
Conduct analysis of economic and workforce data to support business attraction and retention efforts.
Respond to requests for labor market reports and perform research on workforce development strategies.
Develop and manage databases, utilize data visualization tools, and work with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Evaluate and integrate data from multiple sources, prepare reports, and present findings to inform decision-making.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, data analytics, data science or a related field (consistent with the Position Specific duties).
Two years increasingly responsible professional experience in the field (consistent with the Position Specific duties).
Valid Arizona Driver's License.
Preferred
Master’s Degree in related field.
