Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver solutions for areas like funnel metrics, product usage, and user engagement.
Ensure data integrity by monitoring systems, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining accuracy.
Conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and validate hypotheses.
Play an integral part to key initiatives such as scaling our presently bespoke offerings to segmented product tiers.
Stay at the forefront of analytics trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance data practices.

Required
Tableau, SQL, and Python prowess are MUST HAVES for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Expertise in SQL and Python.
Proficiency with Tableau.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for web analytics and reporting.
Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and analysis frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Must have the courage to venture into the unknown.
Preferred
Advanced SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and scaling complex queries.
Experience creating interactive dashboards with advanced features (e.g., calculated fields, parameters, drill-throughs).
Proficiency with A/B testing frameworks and experiment analysis techniques.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools like Snowflake or BigQuery.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git for managing analytics scripts or workflows.
Practical knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and clustering.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like BigQuery, Azure, or Microsoft SQL Server.
