Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to improve effectiveness

Understand business data to create dynamic reports and dashboards (incl. Power BI, Excel, etc.)

Process data and fulfil ad hoc requests from different stakeholders

Understand Westinghouse Parts Business product scope and customer base to provide valuable insights

Provide quality testing support for new reporting tools

Improve data quality dimensions on existing business processing and reporting tools including Pega, Power BI

Other tasks and projects as required

Required

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university required.

4+ years of professional experience in business related fields

Advanced knowledge of business concepts and business acumen.

Strong data administration skills including experience with Microsoft Office. (Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically Pega and SAP and Microsoft Excel and PowerBI are beneficial)

excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills required

Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities.

Preferred

Business, data analyst, or engineering backgrounds preferred

Knowledge of applicable technical products and services is a plus
