Responsibilities

Be constantly curious and continue pursuing in-depth explorations of our datasets.

Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to our multi-disciplinary teams.

Support new product launches, A/B testing, ramp-up recommendations, and root cause investigations.

Identify, map, and validate data elements between the existing system and the new data structure to ensure accurate and complete integration.

Develop and implement robust reconciliation processes to maintain data consistency and integrity across multiple data sources. Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly to ensure data accuracy.

Implement data validation procedures and checks to uphold high data accuracy and reliability throughout the integration process.

Work closely with product managers, data engineers, finance, and compliance teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with integration goals.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the progress and performance of the integration, highlighting any data discrepancies or issues.

Maintain detailed documentation of data processes, integration workflows, reconciliation methods, and encounter challenges and solutions.

Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and other testing phases to confirm data integrity and functionality post-integration.

Propose improvements for data handling, integration, and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required

2+ years of industry quantitative analysis experience in building data-driven products for solving business problems

Proficient in SQL and/or other data query languages; familiarity with Python is a plus.

Familiarity with Product Analytics - understanding and tracking customer and user behavior using lenses like adoption, churn, cohorts, and funnel analysis

Experience collaborating with and understanding the needs of stakeholders from a variety of business functions, including product, operations, etc.

Experience in handling large-scale data with efficiency.

Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Previous work on evaluating product iterations or experiments.

Previous development of the back-end management of a Business Intelligence tool (i.e. Tableau, Looker, Mode, or Periscope).

Bachelor’s degree in any field that requires logical creative thinking.

Preferred

Experience in Financial Services or FinTech preferred.

MS degree preferred.
