Responsibilities

Provide insights and recommendations to shape the phone sales experience for multiple insurance products (Auto, Property, and Special Lines)

Support the testing agenda for the CX Sales Experience teams

Contribute to increasing sales and encouraging multiproduct households among customers who prefer to quote or purchase over the phone

Provide ad-hoc analyses related to funnel performance, customer insights, partner-carrier performance, and coverage offerings

Required

A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.

OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.

OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred

Proven ability to retrieve data from a variety of data sources, prepare and organize it for analytical purposes, and draw conclusions based on the data

Proficiency in programming, data preparation, and data visualization software/tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerBI, and Snowflake

Proven ability to understand complex business problems and to present results of data analysis in a manner that informs, delivers insights, and influences direction and decisions

Ability to learn and adapt quickly and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
