Responsibilities
Capture metrics from diverse data sources (qualitative and quantitative).
Triangulate data types to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize data effectively.
Conduct SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
Create reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
Continuously improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen residing within the Continental U.S.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a data analytics role or equivalent.
Proficiency in SQL query development and execution.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and/or DataDog RUM (or ability to learn quickly).
Expertise in dashboarding and data visualization.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with government contracts or projects.
Familiarity with additional data analytics tools and platforms.
Understanding of UX metrics and analysis.
