Responsibilities
Build and automate ETL pipelines
Design and maintain data models
Create automated reporting solutions and BI dashboards
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Design, deploy, and manage robust data models, reports, and dashboards.
Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc data analyses to identify opportunities and risks, providing evidence-based recommendations to boost productivity, improve performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
Automate routine reporting tasks to streamline processes.
Train staff and leadership on interpreting and operationalizing dashboards and reports.
Develop a feedback loop with functional support staff and leadership to continuously refine dashboards, analytics models, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with Business Operations and functional support leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Drive a culture of standardization, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
Proactively monitor and analyze leading and lagging indicators to inform strategic planning.
Identify opportunities to elevate operational sophistication and business intelligence maturity through advanced analytics, employing statistical methods, machine learning, and AI.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, or Statistics.
2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of analytical experience.
Prior experience in a SaaS or consulting environment.
Ability to deliver impactful data solutions in a format understandable to a non-technical audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to understand the 'big picture' yet preserve a keen eye for details.
Experience with database query languages, such as SQL/Snowflake/Postgres.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including use of Array formulas, Index/Match, etc.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and produce consistent results in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenge.
