Responsibilities

Review, document, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve customer’s data related issues.

Advanced PL/SQL queries, scripts, stored procedures, materialized views, and views

Design, develop and maintain reports using Crystal reports and other tools.

Respond to requests within expected SLA timeframes.

Work closely with the software engineering teams to close data related defects in the software.

Developing new strategies and building internal processes that help make your support team's work easier.

Creating documentation and materials to help educate both your customers and fellow team members on data related aspects of the product.

Follow best practices and guidance around troubleshooting procedures and corresponding runbooks.

Provide knowledge base and help artifacts that increase customer self-service options.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, business intelligence, data management, or other related fields

1-3 years experience with SQL procedures and advanced queries

Strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL highly preferred

Financial Services experience preferred

Experience with business intelligence tools, specifically Metabase and Crystal Reports, is a plus

Cloud data warehouse experience is a plus, Snowflake is preferred
