Responsibilities
Responsible for architecture, design, administration, and development of Data Ingestion Layer as part of Data Strategy, especially using service-based architecture.
Defines and develops configurations, and operational/administration guidelines for data integration layer to provide it as a service to internal teams.
Develops ETL, ELT and other service-based integration jobs as part of overall Data application delivery.
Works with data team members to prepare data or provide real-time data to Data Lake, an Enterprise Data Hub or Data Warehouse, using the latest cloud-based technologies like Snowflake.

Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field preferred
Ten (10) years of data management and integration experience such as data management data process ownership and/or data factory required
Three plus (3+) years of Snowflake experience is strongly required
Two plus (2+) years of Matillion experience is strongly required
Technologist with a strong background in the design and development of the Data Integration Layer using a service-based architecture
Exposure to design & development using API services to provide data as a service
Ability to communicate openly and honestly with colleagues. Takes personal responsibility for the quality and content of the work, and complies with information confidentiality requirements where applicable
Seen as a team player that encourages collaboration and quickly gains trust and support of peers. Finds common ground and solves problems for the benefits of all
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels
Partnering with Solution Architects, to assist with the development of solution architecture roadmaps, convert business requirements into an architecture blueprint and conceptual design, based on the Architecture standards and usage guidelines
Experience using and strong knowledge of SQL
Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Qlik
Ability to learn and adapt new technologies
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Strong relationship building skills
Proven track record in operating data governance programs
Results oriented with the demonstrated ability to apply strategic and decisive problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements
Experience with UIPath highly beneficial
