Responsibilities

Working closely with key suppliers the post holder will be responsible for the definition and implementation of master data changes within the NHS 24 Application suite.
The post holder will be responsible for the development of the 3 year data architecture strategy in line with NHS 24's Strategic Operating Plan, working closely with the NHS 24 expert user groups.
Establish, implement and manage quality assurance processes for the management of data within the Application suite that will ensure that all databases hold cleaner data which improves the accuracy of analytics, and the data business decisions are based upon.
Work with senior stakeholders to identify emerging needs and business changes relating to the data within the NHS 24 Application suite.
Competently design, develop and maintain adequate databases and plans using computerised systems to provide up to date, relevant and accurate information for all parties involved in the support and development of the NHS 24 Application suite by using a range of systems and equipment.

Required

Be educated to degree level in an appropriate area and extensive experience in a related area.
Have experience in designing and developing Databases, Data Warehouses and Multidimensional Databases.
Possess extensive previous experience working with CRM and related technologies.
Be able to explain technical aspects of system to non-technical professionals.
Use experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
