Responsibilities

Lead delivery teams as a technical leader - SME

Work with multiple business units within Perficient

Lead complex client engagement delivery, open with ambiguity and little direction.

Plan and lead workshops with client teams to understand the current landscape, requirements, and constraints and map to the latest technology products and platforms to come up with future architecture.

Design and lead the development of data assets as part of the delivery.

Assist senior leadership in creating phased implementation roadmaps from scope and resource perspectives.

Articulate complex architectures for a variety of client teams, both technical and non-technical, and build consensus.

Learn new technologies and platforms quickly and keep experience relevant to clients' needs.

Lead teams based on global locations in multiple time zones.

Develop thought leadership material to establish Perficient as an authority on enterprise architecture topics at industry forums, conferences, etc.

Take ownership of solutions and teams.

Required

Strong experience in data architectures in multiple domains.

Strong experience with multiple industry-specific tools and technologies.

Expertise in at least two hyperscaler technologies – AWS, Azure, GCP.

Expertise in cloud-based data warehouse and/or Lakehouse technology platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, etc.

Strong experience in the latest data trends and associated technologies including, but not limited to, Data Quality, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Master Data Management.

Experience in multiple modern programming languages.

Experience with virtualization platforms.

Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Expertise in building solutions from scratch as well as modernizing legacy architectures.

Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical users at various levels – typically department directors to C-Suite.

Experience with both on-premises and cloud technologies and platforms.

Expertise in architecting solutions with multiple disciplines – performance, scalability, security.

Crisp and clear communication – both verbal and written.

Ability to create strong presentations using various tools.

Knowledge of up-and-coming AI tools and technologies and industry trends.
