Responsibilities
Develop and implement database marketing strategies focused on scalability and efficiency.
Align fragmented processes across properties to create unified strategies and eliminate redundancies.
Advance enterprise efforts by fostering shared insights, strategies, and best practices across all properties.
Streamline production processes to ensure direct mail and email drop deadlines are consistently met, leveraging unified timelines and expectations.
Reduce risks of errors through a layered team structure, aligned processes, and comprehensive training programs.
Oversee the creation of groups, incentives, and complimentaries within the casino management system, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Implement testing protocols and knowledge-sharing practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, developing reports that identify opportunities to refine strategies and optimize resource allocation.
Revise data-pull processes and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and mitigate risks of data inconsistencies.
Provide actionable insights to property-level teams, focusing on enterprise-wide growth opportunities.
Develop practices to minimize the impact of staff turnover in a high-impact department and shorten recovery times.
Strengthen hiring efforts and bench development to ensure scalability and sustained departmental performance.
Maintain vendor relationships to optimize utilization and achieve cost-effective scaling of services.
Lead regional database marketing managers, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and fostering collaboration across properties.
Drive consistency in advertising deliverables, including direct mail and email campaigns, through centralized oversight and shared workflows.
Partner with analytics, IT, and operational teams to maintain system functionality and data integrity.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
7+ years of marketing experience
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing strategies across online and physical platforms
Proven ability to streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and scale marketing operations effectively
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, customer journey mapping, and data analytics
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and loyalty programs
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Strong project management skills, with a focus on aligning timelines and ensuring deliverables are met
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools, emphasizing efficiency and accuracy
Deep knowledge of customer segmentation, reinvestment strategies, and loyalty programs
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams
In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for online and offline gambling marketing
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Experience being a hands-on strategic thinker and problem solver
Experience and ability to create Marketing models and create as well as evaluate successful reinvestment analytics
Preferred
Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Experience within the casino or gaming industry
Knowledge of the casino or gaming industry
