Responsibilities

Analyst will work in Construction Business Ops – we liaison between finance and construction (fall under construction umbrella).
Support Data Analytics for spend in OPEX and CAPEX.
Will support a transition of how we gather data, currently we use a salesforce GUI. The new project migrates to SQL tables and discontinues salesforce.
Will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc deliverables (pulling and massaging data).
This is all reporting, no programming.
The biggest ask is accessing/extracting tables and using Tableau to put that data into a form of visualization.

Strong SQL experience - must have.
Tableau - must have.
Excel - must have.
5-6 years of experience.

Preferred

PowerBI - nice to have.
Smartsheet - nice to have.
GitHub/portfolio is a BIG plus.
Construction is a plus, not needed.
