Responsibilities

Demonstrates proven technical expertise and training development, and training delivery.

Ability to utilize internal and external training resources to meet delivery needs.

Capable of delivering technical educational materials.

Capable of delivering to executive level staff.

Creation of Network Diagrams and documentation.

Design of network topologies - Design course lab topologies to support educational instruction.

Working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and to learn additional development software programs as required.

Strong experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter.

Ability to work on multiple project timelines and deliverables.

Ability to work with minimal detailed direction - 'self starter'.

Adaptability and creativity to develop innovative and engaging learning content.

Works well in a team setting.
