Responsibilities
Develop robust and scalable data architectures to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into efficient data solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
Build and manage automated data pipelines to integrate information from disparate systems, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure data consistency.
Leverage Snowflake's cloud data platform for data storage, querying, and processing.
Implement data warehousing best practices, including schema design and performance tuning, in Snowflake environments.
Develop and deploy data engineering solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, leveraging services like Lambda, IAM, and orchestration tools.
Collaborate using GitHub for version control and implement robust testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability.
Utilize Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases to build and maintain efficient data systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to support data-related tasks and workflows.

Required
8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, ETL tools, and data pipeline development.
Proficiency in cloud computing, specifically AWS, including familiarity with services such as Lambda, IAM, and orchestration tools.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database design.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
