Responsibilities
Translate business requests into technical requirements
Support designing solutions to enhance reporting and analytic capabilities with Data modeling/Dimensional modelling experience
Support centralizing and standardizing data from various sources
Assist with developing automated solutions to streamline processes
Help transition manual deliverables to automated reports
Increase transparency, efficiency, and governance of processes
Maintain robust process and production documentation
Document changes and follow change management procedures
Have sound ability to provide updates and communicate effectively to senior leadership

Required
6+ years of work Experience working in the Actuarial/Insurance domain with hands on development experience
Proven experience working as a Data Engineer, with expertise in designing and implementing data solutions on Azure/GCP/AWS
In-depth hands-on experience of DBT
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL for data processing and manipulation
Experience with Data Modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and Dimensional Modelling concepts
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Security, and Compliance requirements in a cloud environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with limited oversight

Modern Data & Analytics Technology such as Azure/AWS
