Responsibilities
Accurately enter client information and project data into the company's database systems.
Update and maintain existing client records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Organize and manage electronic and paper files to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies or outdated information.
Provide data-related support to project managers by preparing reports and summaries as needed.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project tracking systems and dashboards.
Verify the accuracy of data entered, ensuring it meets quality standards.
Identify and address data entry errors and inconsistencies promptly.
Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all data entry processes and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
Work with clients to obtain or verify information as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
