Responsibilities
Performing accurate data entry tasks by inputting and verifying alphanumeric data.
Organizing and maintaining files and records for efficient data management.
Ensuring data integrity and security by conducting regular data audits and backups.
Responding to data inquiries and generating customized reports as required.
Utilizing data entry software and equipment to facilitate data entry tasks.
Adhering to data entry standards and procedures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Entering sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Resolving discrepancies in data by investigating and correcting errors.
Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient data transfer and processing.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office applications.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of data confidentiality principles.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of databases and data analysis techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
