Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections.
Organize and maintain data files to ensure easy retrieval and access.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required.
Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to the relevant departments.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Required
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred
Previous experience of 1-3 years in a similar capacity is preferred.
