Responsibilities
Inputting and validating new or updated information into the organization's database system
Reviewing and verifying data for completion and accuracy
Maintaining confidentiality and security of records
Keeping track of received data and source documents
Preparing and organizing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
Maintaining data entry requirements by adhering to data program techniques and procedures

Required
High School diploma or GED, with post-secondary training or education in relevant area preferred
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a related field
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of database software and strong typing skills, with speed and accuracy.
Ability to respect and uphold a high level of confidentiality
