Responsibilities
Implement and manage the Alation platform, including Data Catalog, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage.
Establish a comprehensive Data Governance framework to enhance data quality and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data governance strategies with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting data governance.
Provide hands-on technical expertise to configure and troubleshoot the Alation tool.

Required
4+ years of hands-on experience with the Alation platform.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to design and implement data governance solutions for large organizations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with Data Governance tools such as Collibra or Informatica.
Familiarity with Data Warehouses, Master Data Management, and Data Quality Management.
