Responsibilities
Programming Experience: 8+ years of programming experience.
Enterprise Software Development: 8+ years of experience in enterprise software application development.
Technical Skills: Experience with Groovy programming, REST API development, and Python programming.
Data Governance Software: Preferred experience with Collibra development or similar data governance software.
Flowable Experience: Experience with Flowable or similar workflow automation tools.
Data Quality and Reference Data Management: Experience in data quality and reference data management.
Version Control: Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Functional Area Knowledge: Clear understanding of the assigned functional area and the data being managed, including its implications downstream to other systems, processes, and applications.
Business Rules Knowledge: Knowledge of the business rules for the relevant functional areas.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
Meeting Facilitation and Presentation: Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people at various organization levels with the right level of detail and cultural sensitivity.
Flexibility and Open-mindedness: Flexible and open to new ideas with the ability to understand things from corporate, regional, and local perspectives while maintaining customer focus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Proficient in advanced Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
