Responsibilities
Support the ministry in enhancing the system and structure already in place where schools upload the test results to each of the 6 provinces and then those results get consolidated at a national ministry level.
Co-design an appropriate and accessible reporting system.
Co-train staff on analytical interpretation of results.
Co-facilitate a diagnostic analysis to highlight model schools and consider effective learning environments.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in education, mathematics, computer science or any field relevant to statistical analysis
Data analytics skills, including creating dashboards, and strong experience in using Excel and SQL
Sound knowledge of collecting data, analysis and reporting
Experience in training and coaching others
Effective interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
A strong team player but also able to work independently
High level of flexibility
