Responsibilities
Deeply understand the customer journey
Test, validate and experiment to create an engaging user experience
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver products to market
Drive priorities by understanding the business, customers, and market landscape
Measure the impact of product releases and use data for roadmap decisions
Develop growth plans for products
Ensure quality of new feature releases
Improve processes and support product operations
Work with commercial stakeholders for effective go-to-market activities

Required
2+ years of experience in product management (Experience in the healthcare industry OR with health data is a PLUS!)
Highly accountable with strength in building alignment across engineers, designers, internal and external users, data dependency teams and product to market teams
Expertise in data analysis, manipulation and extraction from large, complex datasets
Effective communication and presentation skills
Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, data visualization, or Jira for metric tracking and presentation
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry OR with health data
Background in HealthTech and SaaS products
Experience with building data-intensive products
Natural inclination to work collaboratively, be transparent, and seek and give feedback continuously
Care deeply about the user experience
Understand the strategy behind how the work is completed as much as the work itself, with a proven track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
