Responsibilities

Data Quality Assessment: Conduct regular data quality assessments to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasets

Issue Identification & Resolution: Detect, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, and develop solutions to prevent recurrence

Data Cleaning: Implement data cleaning processes to ensure data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date

Process Improvement: Develop and recommend best practices and processes for data management and quality control

Collaboration: Work with the data quality team, programmers, and business leaders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality aligns with business needs

Documentation: Create and maintain standardized documentation of data quality issues, resolutions, processes, and best practices

Reporting: Generate and present data quality reports to management and other stakeholders

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex subject matter clearly and concisely to all team members and stakeholders

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment

Detail-orientated with strong organization
