Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and identify where Data Quality is needed.

Analyze data sources and provide recommendations or system enhancements/efficiencies.

Develop reports and dashboards that accurately reflect the information intended to be shared.

Prioritize data sources that need Data Quality rules defined for them. Prioritization could be based on business/stakeholder requirements, technical capability, production enhancement, etc.

Develop Data Quality rules at the source, file, and column tier. Ensure the rules are well defined with correct rule types and thresholds. Obtain Data Steward approval.

Create, maintain, and assign a backlog in Azure DevOps at the PI and Sprint iteration.

Provide detailed updates on stand ups where we are with Data Quality rules for the source assigned in the current sprint.

Analyze the issues detected for a business unit and drive the resolution of the issue.
