Responsibilities

Assess, clean, and validate clinical or toxicological data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Monitor, identify, and communicate quality issues through project-specific queries.
Work with large datasets including query/report writing, data extraction, organization, quality control/quality assurance (QA/QC), and compliance with data privacy policies.
Serve as the staff liaison to the ACMT research committee and provide administrative support to the ACMT annual meeting planning committee.

Required

BA/BS degree; Graduate degree preferred (public health or allied field)
At least 3 to 5 years of recent work experience preferred with clinical research data, disease surveillance data, and/or pharmaceutical data.
Minimum one year of experience working in a remote setting.
Knowledge of basic medical, toxicology, or pharmacology terminology preferred.
Working knowledge of and the ability to efficiently use computer software in a research setting including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
Demonstrated experience utilizing clinical, disease registry, or research software such as REDCap, Medrio, or other Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems for data collection, management and data handling.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely when providing information and assistance to individual research sites and internal ACMT staff verbally and electronically.
Ability to work independently, effectively, and remotely including to prioritize and complete tasks within established timeframes.
Awareness of personal data/information privacy protection.
Experience utilizing virtual office tools for collaboration such as Smartsheet or Google Apps for Business (email, calendar, docs, etc.)
