Responsibilities
Providing end to end client service to contacts to ensure services received timely.
Liaison for review of client contracts.
Operating within the Customer Support function, either as a generalist or across multiple disciplines.
Developing proficiency in a range of processes and procedures through job-related training and hands-on experience.
Working within established processes, procedures, and methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required
Demonstrating proficiency in a range of analytical and technical processes or procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Possessing a solid understanding of how the team collaborates with other departments to achieve overall objectives.
Providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Applying problem-solving skills and innovative mindset to perform moderately complex and varied tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to impact the quality and efficiency of own work, contributing positively to team performance and objectives.
Effective communication skills to exchange information clearly and professionally; ability to use tact and diplomacy in dealing with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
