Responsibilities

Apply statistical rigor, metric alignment, transparency, and effectiveness to Tubi’s decision-making process

Help the Machine Learning team refine their recommendation models to elevate user experiences

Identify the best strategies to optimize the experiences of new and returning users

Evaluate experiment designs, including pre-test planning, in-flight monitoring, and post-experiment analysis for graduation decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build pipelines and tools and make business-impacting decisions

Required

Strong technical experience in a Data Science role, emphasizing user journey initiatives, recommendations, and personalization

Experience with product analytics and working with event-level data

Advanced proficiency in programming and data manipulation using SQL, Python, and/or Spark

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and the ability to derive insights from large datasets

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Ability to present complex findings in a structured and transparent manner to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Video streaming industry experience is a plus
