Responsibilities

Engage with business units to advise and prototype solutions related to Generative AI and large language models.

Develop and run software applications for internal use.

Work with business stakeholders and developers from other business units to deliver business solutions to customers.

Explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Propose pragmatic solutions that are as simple as possible, sometimes without an AI component.

Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders and drive discussions in a crisp but respectful manner.

Thrive in a rapidly changing environment where day-to-day priorities, tasks, and team structure may change.

Collaborate effectively in a distributed team with diverse backgrounds.

Required

Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science)

Minimum 5-8 years full-time relevant work experience

Solid knowledge of data science and machine learning core skills

Experience with NLP, Large Language Models, LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and search engines

Good computer science skills

Experience in a software development team, especially with business applications in a cloud environment

Experience from a large complex organization

Ability to represent the team in meetings with stakeholders and drive discussions

Mastery in English

Experience working in a distributed team with diverse backgrounds

Preferred

Experience with Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning and Azure prompt flow

Experience with tools like python, langchain, streamlit, docker, git, and elastic search

Experience from a fast-moving SaaS company

Enjoy explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Propose pragmatic solutions that are as simple as possible

Experience in AI research

Experience in Generative AI

Experience in representing a team in a rapidly changing environment
