Responsibilities
Data Platform Management: Support the business intelligence platform, ensuring accessible, reliable data for all business functions.
Data Automation & Quality: Identify data sources, automate collection processes, and ensure high data quality and consistency.
Trend Analysis & Insights: Analyze large data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.
Predictive Modeling: Build and deploy machine learning models to enhance products and improve business outcomes.
Strategic Statistical Modeling: Design and implement innovative statistical models to provide actionable insights.
Data Visualization: Present data insights in clear, accessible formats to inform both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Product Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to embed data insights directly into Dispatch’s offerings.

Required
At least 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.
Proven ability to process, analyze, and model complex data sets.
Skilled in Python, SQL, or R.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience required.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
Professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Looker, Redshift, Airbyte, or StitchData.
Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
Experience with version control systems like git is a plus.
