Responsibilities
Support the business intelligence platform, ensuring accessible, reliable data for all business functions.
Identify data sources, automate collection processes, and ensure high data quality and consistency.
Analyze large data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.
Build and deploy machine learning models to enhance products and improve business outcomes.
Design and implement innovative statistical models to provide actionable insights.
Present data insights in clear, accessible formats to inform both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to embed data insights directly into Dispatch’s offerings.

Required
At least 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.
Proven ability to process, analyze, and model complex data sets.
Skilled in Python, SQL, or R.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience required.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
Professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Looker, Redshift, Airbyte, or StitchData.
Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
Experience with version control systems like git.
