Responsibilities

Drives the data science technical strategy and implementation for Regional One Health.

Identifies complex data science opportunities that support business goals of the organization and provides data science consultation to departmental leaders.

Performs ad hoc exploratory analysis as needed.

Remains current with DOMO best practices and new innovations through learning opportunities; Use tools for design modifications.

Provides technical support in ETL builds and dashboard designs.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams of product and process experts, clinical and non-clinical leaders, and C-Suite leaders to develop data science solutions.

Modifies solutions to address data concerns and include data science and predictive modeling.

Serves as a project owner/lead for data science projects.

Mentors interns and occasionally provide work directions to subordinates, students, and teammates.

Translates objectives to data science problems.

Identifies and executes opportunities to apply machine learning and modeling to improve user experience and decision support capabilities.

Applies statistical inference to draw rigorous conclusions from data.
