Responsibilities
Lead the development and application of both pre-trained and generative models to our client’s clinical trial data systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the Research and Development department to catalog extensive pathway collections and identify promising gene expression signatures.
Work in conjunction with early development teams, assay laboratories, in-vitro diagnostics, and biomarker representatives to drive the development of omics-based biomarkers.
Utilize advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies to develop biomarkers of clinical response and resistance, contributing to the overall success of our client’s clinical trials.

Required
Extensive experience in bioinformatics, applied mathematics, and/or statistics, with a focus on analyzing large-scale biological datasets.
Strong technical background with proven experience in foundational and generative models.
Demonstrated success in applying generative/deep learning modeling frameworks within clinical trial settings.
Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment and drive scientific and technical innovation collaboratively.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, self-motivation, independence, and leadership.
Proficiency in Python or R programming languages is essential.
A Doctorate degree OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR an Associate degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR a High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
