Responsibilities
Analyze and preprocess large healthcare datasets (EHRs, claims data, etc.).
Develop and deploy predictive models using BYOML and Castle framework on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Leverage GCP services such as BigQuery, AI Platform, and Dataflow for data analysis and model development.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and data teams to translate data into actionable insights.
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Stay updated on advancements in GCP tools and healthcare data science.

Required
Master’s/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years in data analysis, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
Advanced expertise in BYOML and Castle framework implementation on GCP.
Proficiency with GCP services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage.
Programming proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
Strong Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA compliance.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in building end-to-end healthcare solutions on GCP using BYOML and Castle framework.
