Required

Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Medical Informatics, Mathematics, or related field

8 years of recent relevant experience

Experience designing, implementing, and testing automated data analysis systems

Proven ability to rationalize disparate data sources and derive insights

Understanding and implementation of predictive/analytical/statistical modeling techniques

Familiarity and experience with data preparation and processing

Ability to interact with technical experts and leaders at all levels

Self-starter with the ability to work independently on critical tasks

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to multitask and deliver on multiple projects concurrently

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Ability to mentor other data scientists

Knowledge of healthcare clinical care and business processes
