Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies, leveraging statistical and machine-learning techniques

Build, test, and deploy machine learning models to enhance platform features such as predictive analytics, recommendations, and real-time insights

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of deployed models into production environments

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models to ensure reliability and accuracy at scale

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably in an Automotive on Prem or SaaS environment

Strong programming skills in Python or R

Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Proficient in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Demonstrated experience with model deployment and integration into production systems, with a focus on real-time predictions

You thrive in a fast-paced environment

You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to liaise seamlessly across different teams

A passion for automating processes

Expert in data visualization

Experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred

Experience in the automotive warranty or fixed operations space

Experience with Confluence and Jira

Experience with AWS data and ML infrastructure, including but not limited to RDS, Redshift, and SageMaker

Graduate degree in Data Science
