Responsibilities
Leverage Pilot Program insight to enhance clarity to future Project Goals of a greater eShare Adoption Program.
Provide guidance of Security Architecture to CDT eShare efforts while enhancing DLP (Data Loss Prevention) efforts.
Partner with Amgen CDT leadership and provide direction to other Security Engineering team members.
Assist with identification of any scalability opportunities for future greater global adoption projects of the eShare platform.
Partner with Program Manager for creation project status reports
Document project artifacts for as complete activities
Capture business user requirements to enhance eShare adoption and integration success factors in Pilot and future global adoption.
Support Amgen with remediation of any break-fix items related to eShare adoption.
Follow up on issues/risks/action items.
Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and plans for resolution.
Utilize Agile Program / Project Management skills to drive the projects, as required.

Strong background in Data Security
Experience with Data Security - classification and tagging
Experience with Box (or eShare)
