Responsibilities

Evaluate and research claims, coordinate documentation and determine next steps using various systems.

Perform timely data entry while maintaining production & quality standards

Perform claim entry and adjustments on medical claims

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Required

High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to efficiently use a computer, keyboard and quickly navigate software applications.

High speed internet access.

Quiet work area without distractions.

Regular and consistent attendance and adherence to work schedule.

Data Entry, EOB/EOP and Claim Knowledge

Knowledge of medical insurance terminology required.

Excel experience required.

Communication skills (verbal, written, listening).

Ability to work without frequent supervision.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all required situations.

Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities.
