Responsibilities

Works collaboratively with a team of analytics engineers and data engineers, ensuring smooth monitoring and bug fixes to maintain and support current production applications.

Manage the backlog of issues coming from analysts and users

Participate in enhancing the monitoring and auditing of data pipelines.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Personify Health’s monitoring services.

Stays informed of new data pipeline deployments and process changes to monitor them effectively.

Applies strong analytical and technical skills to understand, define, research, and resolve everyday data storage and performance issues.

Investigating and resolving production issues

Troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers

Developing scripts for verifying the correct operation of integrations

Follow and maintain documentation and process guidance for all projects.
