Responsibilities

Leverage ServiceNow for data integration, reporting, and workflow automation to streamline processes and enhance productivity

Design and implement advanced data visualization solutions to communicate complex datasets effectively

Develop dashboards and tools to support data-driven decision-making processes, including integrations with platforms like ServiceNow as needed

Utilize data engineering skills to structure and prepare datasets for analysis and visualization

Collaborate with Agile project teams to prioritize and refine project requirements

Support backlog management processes and work with stakeholders to define key objectives

Ensure compliance with security and data governance best practices while developing solutions

Required

7-10 years of experience in creating and delivering advanced data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent

2 years of experience with foundational data engineering skills, including SQL, ETL processes, and Python

3-5 years of experience using Agile methodologies, including backlog management tools like JIRA

An active Secret Clearance or higher

Preferred

Strong understanding of database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, or similar

Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Experience in working across cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently in remote/hybrid environments
