Responsibilities
Design, install, configure, and maintain database systems to meet organizational needs.
Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data availability and integrity.
Ensure database security by implementing access controls and monitoring user activity.
Develop and implement data retention and archiving policies.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to design and implement database-driven applications.
Develop and maintain database documentation, including schema diagrams, data dictionaries, and system documentation.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in database management and administration.

Required
Must currently reside in the US
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Experience: minimum of 6+ years as a Database Administrator
Experience with SSIS/ETL
Experience with SQL Server (SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, DB Optimization and Layout)
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Database Structure
Ability to understand CDW Data schemas
Experience with Azure Security (with regards to SSL Certs)
Experience with Web/Function App functionality
Experience with Azure Devops
Experience with Kudu within Azure
Experience with database management systems (DBMS) and relational database concepts
Experience with database administration tools, such as Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL Server Management Studio, or MySQL Workbench
Experience with data modeling and database design principles
Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies and techniques
Ability to have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to have excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)
Preferred
Azure: 1 year
